Yoga in the Park - Join us for a morning of mindfulness with the park naturalist and a local yoga instructor!? This is a drop-in event, come for part of it or stay for the whole experience.? Please bring a yoga mat, bug spray, and water.?

7:30 AM - mindfulness hike
8:30 AM - Yoga
9:30 AM - Cold Dip
