Frozen Tundra Wine Fest

Celebrate our frozen terrain by attending Parallel 44/ Door 44’s Frozen Tundra Wine Fest.? Given the long winter Wisconsinites have to endure, it’s nice to know there’s one event in the state that actually serves up good reason to toast the snow and cold. It’s the 15^th Frozen Tundra Wine Fest, being held at a new location, our Sturgeon Bay Winery, Door 44, slated for the Saturday, Feb 22. This is the largest outdoor winter wine fest in Wisconsin. ?The winery is located in Sturgeon Bay, in Door County. Fittingly, the event showcases the winery’s snow-covered (maybe?) vineyard with its cold-hardy grape vines and its signature line of Frozen Tundra wines, sure to deliver some frosty fun for area wine drinkers!

Wine will be served by the glass and bottle, to be enjoyed outside overlooking the vineyard. Plus there will be tours of the vineyard with the owner/ winemaker Steve, live music, food available for purchase by local food truck, Ice Sculpture demo, Petting Zoo, Winter Games and event day only special offers.? Attendees will receive a Frozen Tundra Fest wine glass and first glass of wine to mark the chilly occasion. In the past this event has attracted over 2000 wine fans.?
