Your Guide to Winter in Door County: 2025–2026 Winter Guide Now Available

September 24, 2025 – Destination Door County (DDC) is ready to welcome the winter season with the release of the 2025–2026 Official Winter Guide.

The guide is a supplement to Destination Door County’s Official Destination Guide and serves as a helpful tool for visitors during the winter season, providing winter activities, events, and a list of businesses open November through March.

New highlights in this year’s guide include local shop owners’ winter favorites and a fun article pairing zodiac signs with winter activities.

“The Winter Guide helps us build the winter season by sharing the magic of Door County during the quieter months, while also balancing visitation year-round and sustaining the visitor economy for residents and visitors alike,” said Julie Gilbert, President & CEO of DDC.

The guide is available in hard copy at the Door County Welcome Center. In the coming weeks, guides will also be distributed throughout area visitor centers and businesses across the county. Visitors can also view the virtual magazine online or order a free copy by calling 920.743.4456 or visiting DoorCounty.com.

25,000 copies of the winter guide have been printed this year, with an online version available to read on DoorCounty.com.
